Some time has passed since my first webinar, and I’m still blown away by your awesome response. It’s encouraging me to keep doing more webinars as time allows!
This post isn’t another webinar announcement, unfortunately, just a recap for those who couldn’t attend my Mailchimp webinar live or want to watch it again. There’s two ways to watch – via YouTube, or from the event page on Google Hangouts. When you watch via the event page, you also see the Questions & Answers hangouts app – that’s where everyone was submitting their questions during the webinar. I tried to remember to read the questions before answering, but I know for me as a viewer it’s easier to read them myself as I watch.
Click here to watch via the Hangouts event page.
I want to note that MailChimp does change their site layout every so often, for all I know in six months this webinar will be outdated. The meat of it does stay the same – the list, campaigns, templates, where to add lead magnets, etc.
The two WordPress plugins I refer to are Easy MailChimp Forms and PopUpAlly – I used the free versions of both. A popular alternative to PopUpAlly is SumoMe, but I found that plugin very limiting – and it took more server resources than PopUpAlly when I was deciding between the two.
If you have any questions after watching the recording, feel free to ask them here in the comments of this post – I’m more likely to see your questions here than on the event page. If you want to get notified first for any upcoming free marketing webinars, subscribe to my business tips newsletter. Subscribers will receive a free guide to optimizing blog posts for social media sharing later this week!
